Equipment pickup/return basis

Compact Audio Setup with up to 2 speakers or small acoustic performances. For anything larger, you must upgade to deluxe plan.

Deluxe Plan

starting at $200

+ $20/hour for EC labor

EC Production Assistance: Setup, sound    mixing, takedown (required for bands)

 For larger scale performances of bands or groups of over 4 performers. Please reach out before the minimum of 2 weeks with a finalized run of show to ensure event is eligible for deluxe plan. In your run of show, please allow 2~4 hours prior to your event start for setup and soundcheck, and 1~2 hours after your event for takedown.

• 16 or 32 channel mixer

Microphones & Speakers

We provide microphones and mic stands. We also provide different speaker setups depending on event size.

Powered Amps & Monitors

Monitors are available for live bands, specifically included in the deluxe package.

Mixing Boards

Our experienced production team will live mix the sound for your event.

Setup Assistance

EC setup and take down is included with all deluxe rentals

Production Assistance

For deluxe rentals, during your event we will always have staff to run the equipment from start to end.
