Production Packages
Entertainment Council offers more than concerts to the Davis community. Our production division provides several different plans for any type of event.
Please contact us by email at productions@ec.ucdavis.edu a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your desired rental date for availability.
Basic Plan

For events that need support with:
Two JBL PRX735 Speakers, Mixers, and Cables

Deluxe Plan
starting at $180
+ $20 an hour for EC labor
For events that need support with:
Two QSC K12.2 Speakers, Mixers, and Monitors
EC Setup, Mixing, Takedown

What We Provide
Microphones & Speakers
We provide free mics, but mic stands are $5 each. We also offer two different speaker setups depending on the size of the event.
Powered Amps & Monitors
Monitors are available for live bands, specifically included in the deluxe package.
Mixing Boards
Our experienced production team will live mix the sound for your event.
Setup Assistance
Free setup and take down is included with all rentals unless otherwise specified.
Production Assistance
During your event, we will always have staff to run the rental equipment from start to end.
